A career educator with over 12 years' experience in the field of Educational Leadership, Jason Scott has served as principal in two Ministry of Education government schools in Jamaica, before joining the Christel House Jamaica team in August of 2022. He had successfully led each school to improved standards of quality, measured and published by the National Education Inspectorate (NEI) in 2017 and 2020 respectively.
With a post graduate Diploma in Education from the University of the West Indies, a Master's in Education in Teaching and Learning from St Mary's University of Minnesota and a Professional Qualification for principalship from the National College of Educational Leadership, Jason sees himself as a lifelong learner, who never ceases on an opportunity for professional development and intellectual growth.
Serving as the District Commissioner for the Scouts Association of Jamaica, in his home parish of Manchester, Jason has spent over 20 years working with children from impoverished inner-city communities on voluntary projects and youth development programs.
